Nail tech rushed and didn’t have any attention to detail. Paid $40 for pedicure and callus removal - I can still feel my calluses and the nail polish is painted on unevenly. I was working on my laptop and didn’t notice until the very end. Nail tech blamed it on the sheer nail polish - I always paint my own nails and have no issues getting an even coat with sheer polish. The other tech with my sister was much better - don’t recommend overall due to poorly trained techs

Love my tech, Coco! Go to her everytime! Only recommends what she thinks I need when I need it. Otherwise her skills are great. I get sns powder mani everytime and regular pedicure unless calluses is needed. Occasionally I get the back massage and it's great too! Can't ever complain. Appreciate her always! Been to some fancy places and they are overpriced and mediocre work.

Worst manicure experience of my life! First photo shows that my gel manicure wasn’t painted all the way down to the base of the nail, which I noticed when I stepped outside. So I went back and kindly asked for one more coat to cover the exposed nail. My nail tech was rude and dismissive and said it was my skin (which it clearly isn’t). She then very roughly did another coat of the red and then carelessly painted clear coat all over my nails and skin, as shown in the second photo. Will certainly never return.

I have started exclusively coming to Orchard nails because the gel manicures always turn out perfect and last minimum 3 weeks! They are also so sweet here and priced well.

Selena always slays my nails, she is THE BEST. So professional, so kind, always listens to my requests, and she’s super patient. I literally love it here, 10/10 highly recommend. Look at this set!!!
