Orchid Nail Salon

I’ve been here before and Larry did an excellent job but today I went and an older lady did my pedicure and she drilled through my nail bed on my big toe!! I know my feet are ugly but my toe do not look like those before she got ahold of it! She used a drill to remove regular polish. Not sure why but I didn’t see an issue until my toe started burning and hurting. I may return but she will definitely not touch my feet again.

Brian always does such a great job with my nails. Everyone in the salon is so talented. Great vibes and energy all around!!!

Decided to try them while visiting Charlotte this weekend. The staff was kind and friendly. The shop looks nice. I am very disappointed that the polish is lifting and chipping on 3 nails and it’s only been 4 days. I’ve never had my gel polish chip before. I’m upset because now I have to pay to go else where to have the fixed since I don’t live in Charlotte.

Every time I come here I always have a great experience no matter what I get done, pedi or mani. And I have to shout out Ann because she does such a great job with pedicures! After a long day at work, she gave me exactly what I needed

I absolutely love this nail salon! The customer service is incredible, and the talent among the nail artists is unmatched. I always have to shout out my favorite nail tech, Brian (aka Mr. Nails) he never disappoints and always leaves me with nails that get nonstop compliments.
