Orchid Nails

I’ve been going to this salon for 3+ years and I love it! Joy always does an amazing job! After doing SNS, my natural nails have never been so long. Worth the drive from Charlotte. :)

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Was there for almost two hours to get SNS. Nails are very uneven and too thick. After leaving I called back to say I was unhappy with how my nails turned out and requested a refund, all I get was “sorry”. Then I was told that I was actually charged an extra $10 for the reshape. I didn’t ask for a reshape!! They were already like this before! They don’t take tips unless it’s cash or Venmo. I’m now going to have to pay more to get them done again elsewhere. Complete waste of a salon!

Orchid Nails is the only salon I go to in Mooresville. The staff are always kind and polite. I use Maly every time and have never been disappointed with the quality and attention to detail she provides. Would most certainly recommend this place to everyone. ❤️

Orchid nails is the best nail salon in town! I have been coming here for 6+ years and they never disappoint! Grape is simply the best and always takes her time giving me the best result! The other artist are amazing as well! The salon is always clean and they have a plethora of colors and design to choose from! Always a 10/10 experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Orchid Nails! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I got a builder gel on my nails and my toes polished, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail. My technician, Grape, took her time and made sure everything was perfect. The color selection was great, and the final result looked flawless. I have been coming here since they opened and this place has always been top notch. I also appreciated the hygiene practices—they used sanitized tools and clean towels for every client. Prices were reasonable for the quality of service, and I felt totally pampered from start to finish. I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending Orchid Nails to friends
