The service was fine. We had a couple’s massage and it’s listed as $140 cash or $143 card, we paid before the service. Theres a big neon sign in the front saying that the price will have gratuity on it. They make you sign a “merchant copy.” That should be relevant later. Anyway, the service was okay. Twice the lady massaging my partner left the room to great new patrons. At the end my husband complained of not enough pressure but overall it was decent enough. When we were leaving, they asked us to finish signing and thats where the “merchant copy” receipt was relevant here cus the cost went up to $163 and they asked for extra tip. I thought it was just going to be $20 as in the gratuity that was mentioned beforehand but she said it was extra $10 and $10 for the oil. When at the start it wa

Great 1hr full body massage for $70. The total is $73 if you use a card. My masseuse started at 6:03pm and did not end the massage until 7:03pm! I received a full hour of relaxation!

Today was my first time visiting this establishment. I walked inside, requested my service (30 minute foot massage), they ask you to pay before your service begins. My masseuse stopped twice in the middle of my service to take care of customers walking into the establishment. There was no issue with the breaks in my service, however that time was not made up. There was no discount on my 22 minute massage and then the lady has the nerve to ask why I wasn’t leaving a tip. I work in the service industry, I always give the level of service I expect to receive. On top of that, there was no warm water foot soak prior to my service beginning. In the future, I’m going to stick with what I’m used to, I tried to support a local business and wasn’t satisfied! I won’t be coming back here!

It was my first visit for a 90 minute massage The masseuse did a good job but feel like my expectations weren't fully met. I booked my appointment online for 3pm. Their website said I was booked for 3:00 p.m. I didn't get any kind of confirmation until an hour after my massage. I just assumed I was booked because it said I was booked. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my 3pm appointment, the ladies were confused. I told them I booked for a 90 minute combo massage online. The front desk lady had me pay $100 upfront brought me to the room and shut me in without giving me direction on what to do. She didn't even look me in the eye it was just like I was there okay, go in to the room. I had to grab somebody to direct me what to do. I feel like I got some relief after my massage. I called and asked for any available times for today. The lady sounded like she wasnt even at the massage place, it sounded like she was in a car. She asked me what time I wanted to come and I asked is 5 ok. She said yes and then when I asked how much, she says no, sorry not available and hangs up on me. Very rude. She didn't even try to reschedule and give me another time, I was trying to see if another time would work and she just straight up hangs up on me. Just from that rude interaction on the phone, I won't be giving this place my money. They need to work on their customer service.
