Orchidée Salon and Spa

I had my bangs trimmed at a different salon today, and they did a terrible job. Came in last minute today for Sarah to fix them and she did an amazing job. I always trust her with my hair and glad to have found her again at her new salon. Before and after photos attached:

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Stephanie, the owner of Orchidee Spa and Salon, and feel compelled to warn others about their lack of transparency and poor customer service. I requested subtle partial highlights and long layers, but my stylist did minimal trimming and the color was off. Despite expressing initial gratitude, I was shocked by the $180 charge at checkout. Stephanie's dismissive response to my cost-related questions made me uncomfortable, so I paid the bill and decided to address it later. The next day, I learned that I was charged extra for the stylist's experience and a custom color, neither of which were clearly communicated upfront. When I contacted Stephanie to express my dissatisfaction and confusion, her emails were unprofessional and patronizing. S

First time here today! I have never been so relaxed having my eyebrows waxed! Jill is very good at what she does! (I'll be back for that facial!) Had a cut and color with Kelsey, FANTASTIC JOB!! My color was perfect, and she did a phenomenal pixie cut! The salon is beautiful, clean, and every person there was very nice and extremely welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I was greeted with warm smiles and the salon has a welcoming atmosphere! Not only did I leave the salon with a stunning new haircut, but I also felt pampered and cared for. I cannot recommend this hair salon enough. Whether you're looking for a simple trim or a complete transformation, you can trust that the stylists here will exceed your expectations.

Stephanie is a very talented stylist. She is especially skilled at hair color. I am never disappointed when she does my hair. The entire staff is very friendly and competent. I love this salon. Thanks! Mavis Stout
