Terrible customer service. I walked in and wanted a simple almond shape French tip. I showed a reference picture and asked if they were able to do it. They said yes, I was directed to a woman with glasses. She started on the nails and when she was applying the acrylic, it was not evenly placed. It was not all the way to the cuticle or at the sides on my nail. They were also bulky, I expressed that was bulky and she advised when she used the drill, it would be fixed. She then starts on the French tip and is too thick, almost to the middle of the nail. I told her it was too thick and again showed her the reference picture. If you are looking for a professional atmosphere this is not the place!!! I came here and the man who met us at the door was very rude and unprofessional. They sat us down immediately and to my disappointment I was sat down with the man from the door. Not only did he not listen to a single thing I was trying to tell him, but he also decided to raise his voice at me when I tried correcting him about my nails being crooked and in the wrong color. I repeatedly told him that I did not want the color he chose for me, and he proceeded to put it on my hand anyways. I’ve been here before and they have done a great job! Tommy is absolutely amazing as a technician but I went on my birthday and another gentleman did my nails and after 3 days this happened!!!! I got dipping powder done on Friday and Sunday lost 3 nails 🥺 Not happy

I used to come here frequently. And to my surprise I was very disappointed with the most recent service I recieved. My nails look like bubble fingers. And they HURT! The guy in the third chair wanted to add tips which I can not function with while at work, and asked for them to not be included. And seemed to get attitude for responding no thank you. Beyond disappointed for the fact these are my hands to my graduation from nursing school! So frustrated! For the fact this was done twice, because I did complain and it felt as if there was resentment for me saying how I felt about my nails. My thumb nails are not the same length either. I've been going here for years now and I'm used to the original owners of the shop. Ever since they left the shop hasn't been the same. Today when it came to the hot towel it was extremely hot I felt like I got 3rd degree burns. Poor older lady next to me was asked if her towel was hot as well and she chuckled in almost a sarcastic way and said yes. Definitely a red flag.
