I recently visited Organic Nails Spa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. First, I was charged $45 for a gel manicure when it is listed as $40, which already started things off on the wrong foot. Then I asked for an American manicure with a full set, but instead of the subtle, natural look that’s standard for an American manicure, my nails were literally painted solid white. I also booked the “Ice Dancer Pedicure,” which is supposed to be an upgrade from the basic pedicure. The only noticeable difference was wax being applied to my feet — definitely not what I expected for an upgraded service. I hate to sound like I’m just complaining, but this was honestly one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had. While I was there, another customer mentioned that someone name

I went in to quickly have my builder gel soaked off. I explicitly asked for a soak off. The lady proceeded to use the drill the entire time. I thought she was going to drill it a little then soak, but used the drill only. She also repeatedly tried to cut my nails off after I kept telling her not to- as they are my natural nails. It was a lot of back & forth. She drilled so much so that I felt my nerves were exposed. I told her a few times it was hurting. So sh switched to a “softer” drill. My nails were throbbing after and are still sensitive over two weeks later. On top of that, it was $15. The most I’ve ever paid for a soak off is $10. I will not be back and do NOT recommend.

DO NOT COME HERE. Worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. I stopped here because it was close to my job so I figured it was more convenient. The lady who did mg pedicure was very rude and was constantly raising her voice. The lady kept trying to get me to do a pedicure that I did not want, it seemed like she wanted me to pay more. She was very rough and rushing to do the pedicure. It honestly hurt but I didn’t want to say anything. I asked for a square shape but she didn’t even shape it right. She completely cut off my entire pinky toe nail. I was not satisfied at all, everything felt so rushed that she didn’t complete remove my cuticle nor correctly clean my toes. The scrub was horrible she only did for 20 seconds at max. The massage was even worse, all she did was pour the liquid over

I was a walk on waiting for my car to get serviced. I didn't have to wait. Lucy my nail tech was patient and asked thorough questions because I had no idea what I wanted. I got a french manicure almond shaped and my eyebrows shaped and tinted. I was pleased with the end result.
