Organic Nails Spa

This was my first but definitely not my last visit. I’m new to ATX and this is the first nail shop I tried, and they didn’t disappoint. Smaller establishment so it’s not chaotic like most of the other larger flashy nail chains. Tiffany took her time on my nails and did everything I asked for and even did my pedicure and found a shellac/ gel color that would match the builder gel on my nails! If you’re looking for speed this is not the place for you, but if you want to relax this is an excellent choice.

A no frills nail salon which is how I like it. Made an appointment a day out for when they opened and it was quick and easy getting a gel manicure ($45) and I felt it was more affordable compared to the other boutique salons in the area. She also did her own rendition of a floral design I showed her and I actually like it more than the original photo!

I am beyond satisfied and genuinely happy with the outcome of my manicure and pedicure at Organic Nails and Spa. Sarah and Pham provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The salon itself is spotless, calm, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Sarah does an outstanding job—her attention to detail is unmatched. She is meticulous, patient, and clearly takes great pride in her work. Every step felt thoughtful and intentional, and the final result was flawless and elegant. Pham was equally wonderful, ensuring comfort and quality throughout the service. What truly stood out was their generous, accommodating service and commitment to cleanliness and care. THE BEST place in Austin for nails! I used to go to a place off of Parmer and I was so tired of not being satisfied with my nails. I popped into this place and I am so glad I did! Their prices are SO reasonable and the are the nicest friendliest people. I was there past closing time and I not once felt rushed. They also are taking COVID precautions very seriously. This was my second time there and I will keep going back. I HIGHLY recommend this spot!

This is definitely a Five Star operation, focused on safety and amazing work. I have only been to the location at the Arboretum, near the Cheesecake Factory, but I'll be checking the other locations out in the future and updating my review soon. I have my fingernails "dipped" every four weeks, which means they're coated with a hard gel, that keeps my nails looking great every day. They also have a zillion colors, many with matching toenail polish. I am constantly complimented on how beautiful my nails are (even up to right before they need to be redone!) and I haven't had a single broken nail since I started coming here last year. Not one! The pedicures are pure heaven, as well, and they don't mind if you ask for special treatment. There's even an option for additional massage! Who wouldn
