Oriental Massage Spa

It’s was good for someone who likes an easy massage. I need deep tissue normally but it was a last minute decision. You pay at the beginning, I tipped but when I was done the lady kept asking for a tip. I told her I already had tipped at the start, she said because there was 2 of them they have to split the tip and said most people tip $60..... it was very off putting and I will most likely just plan ahead for my normal place next time.

I've been to several massage/spa locations and this one is the best of all of them. The location, access and parking are great. The business interior is tasteful, warm, clean and comfortable. The therapists are professional and friendly, they wear masks and sanitize after every client. If you're stiff and need to release some tension, this is where I'd go.

I called a week in advance to request a couple whole body 1 hour massage for 8 pm, and was confirmed. I arrived Friday 15 minutes before the appointment, and the lady at the front desk checked us in, only to have us go to different rooms after payment and explain that one staff is busy but will be with me soon. My partner's session started shortly after 8 pm, but mine did not start until 8:35 pm. My partner said the lady with her kept asking her why you did not call my boss earlier because we have other people that called waiting. In addition, she left the room 10 times to attend to other business and would return. I had same experience when my staff showed up, she left the room 4 times during the session, and with no excuse. Charged $120 for my husband and I to get a deep tissue massage.....before we even got the message and asked if we could a tip???? Uhhhhh I haven’t even had your services yet. We asked if they did deep tissue, they said yes and also Swedish and we both said we have back issues and needed to have deep tissue. We both got some one in different rooms and neither got deep tissue even after repeatedly asking for it and saying this isn’t deep tissue, acted like they don’t speak English. Then they cut us 15 minutes short and left the room several times during the message!!! When we left they asked us to add a tip and I said no because I didn’t get the need tissue massage I wanted she started yelling in her language to the other lady and was pissed off very bad business here !!!

I got a 60 minute full body massage here yesterday and it was fantastic! Therapists are friendly and professional. Facility is clean and inviting. I will definitely be going back! Highly recommended!
