My appointment was supposed to start at 7:30. There were only two workers — one doing two pedicures at once and another doing nails. I clearly told her three times that I wanted powder acrylic, but she ignored me and said gel X is better for your nails. Once she applied it, the glue and LED light started burning under my fingernails. When I asked her to switch to normal acrylic, she said she could but only had “30 minutes” left to do it — rushing the whole process. The service felt unprofessional, and I was charged $70 for a basic gel set I didn’t even ask for. Please do not go here. They gaslight customers, overcharge, and talk behind your back when you leave. It was a horrible experience and not worth the money

Jason, the owner of this establishment, demonstrates a lack of respect towards customers by providing subpar service, treating patrons poorly, which is unacceptable for someone in business. Calling customer B**** wrote very poorly.

I'm visiting from Indiana and needed a manicure for dinner. Jenny was professional, personable and did a great job on my nails. She suggested gel polish. My first time trying gel and I love it!

After picking up dress shoes for my boyfriend at the nearby outlets on a hectic Black Friday evening, I made a last-minute stop at Orlando Nails & Spa because I desperately needed a pedicure before my friend’s wedding the next morning. June absolutely saved the day. I booked the luxury pedicure with gel, and she was so kind, detail-oriented, gentle, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. We had such a pleasant conversation, which made the whole experience even more relaxing after a long day of errands. She took her time with shaping, the callus treatment was thorough yet comfortable, and the massage was exactly what I needed. My gel polish came out flawless and super shiny. I’m so grateful I ended up with June and will definitely be requesting her every time I come back!

I came in for a fill and a toe polish change . She told me "O" your nails are to long and it would cost me 70 and it would take a long time. I told her I just need a fill and I can polish my own nails. I just wanted to ease my job at home.🤷🏿‍♀️ She recommended me to only get the polish change on my toes only and I politely walked out. I'm not gonna just get one service only when I came in for 2 services. And no one was in there but her!. Sadly I just did my own nails at home. Thanks for yalls lovely services..... lol NOT .
