My car keys were stolen out this establishment yesterday between 6:19pm- 7pm Called the owner he refused to run the cameras and told me to come back today. He came here last night and stated the cameras don’t work; After being upset because his employee told my cousin to move the pedicure chair that she was sitting at when getting her feet done to look under she did just that and the pipe broke. This morning I’m back he proceeds to say he won’t be back until an hour and to give me 15 minutes to look around rather than running the cameras back like he told me on the phone last night. My keys are too big to go through the chairs. The area that the keys were in someone cleaned up that area. I’m here writing this and still there’s no help. Their attitudes are poor first and last time here. Ser

Well known for their eyebrow tinting but not what they use to be. The nail artist did a great job but couldn’t help but notice the price for my mani and pedi fill went from $100 to the price on the receipt. I could’ve gotten a fresh set with fresh nails and a far more beautiful color by FLAtips… I now understand why there business has been so slow. To add: too many roaches. It’s gross.

I asked a reg polish pedicure and gel on my hands as I sat down and the guy started my pedicure he started coughing like crazy the guy from behind the counter comes over and we don’t do regular pedicures gel only and I said I don’t want gel on my feet he said well it is only $10 more and I still said no the pedicure guy barely scrubbed my feet threw a drop of lotion and the went in the back for a hot towel which looks like he took a dirty towel with every color polish on it and ran hot water on it and tried to wipe my legs off with it so as he was done doing my feet I got my nails polished with gel that’s when I noticed how dirty his has was I tried to tell him my gel polish was not completely on my fingers can he retouch he ignored me in my mind I don’t want no smoke today let me j

My girlfriend recently went to this place and saw Kristina — she had such a great experience! Kristina was not only incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, but also super friendly and welcoming. She really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect, and my girl left feeling confident, pampered, and beyond happy with the results. The space was clean, the vibe was calming, and the quality of the work was top-notch. Kristina is definitely her new go-to nail tech — highly recommend!

My nail tech Kimchee (nit sure of the correct spelling) is wonderful! She is professional, friendly, and knows her craft. She makes me step out of my comfort zone but yet keeps my nail style classy. As for the location, lets just say there is never a dull moment. It is best to schedule an appointment to ensure a fast turnaround time.
