After experiencing a no-show from a Bridgeport braiding salon, Osadia African welcomed me with no issues (last minute). Sarah braided my hair and she is absolutely AMAZING and I LOVE the way my knotless braids came out!! She finished me in time for me to attend a wedding and head off for vacation!!! I would highly recommend this place for braiding. Thank you Sarah!!!!

Habbisatou is the best! She did an amazing job braiding my hair I’m always receiving compliments. Pricing was affordable and the service was quick and painless. I have thick natural 4 c hair and I got small waist long braids (the hair was included in the service) The service took 4 hrs I can only imagine how quick it’ll be if I got big braids done. I definitely recommend coming here!

I was skeptical about trying out this place to begin with, but my usual hair braiding place was booked. I don’t like trying new places once I get comfortable, but I wanted my hair braided. From the very beginning I had some issues with the stylist because I explained to her exactly what I wanted and about the size I wanted. She started braiding the back really big but I still did not complain. I got upset when I noticed that my braids didn’t not look neat but rather looked like something I could’ve done from watching a YouTube video. Not only were some of the braids big and and some smaller all over my head, but she cut the hair without asking me. The hair is a ombré color so it looked crazy after the cut. I finally had enough and got up from the chair. I offered to pay her for the service

Made an appointment to do braids only for me to still wait an hour and a half. Then the braider didn’t listen to simple instructions to leave my baby hair out. The braider also took several breaks as well. Didn’t get home till midnight. Absolutely ridiculous.

ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOOVE MY HAIR! I have a twa and Mirlande caught every bit of hair on my head (without snatching my edges out) and it wasn’t tight! She was very gentle and moved fast.
