Friendly students and staff. Abigail D. Was the student I worked with she's very thorough and helpful and all the techniques she showed me in the styling process of my hair. She was such a delight to work with, and she did such an excellent job in teaching me how to take care of the curly hairi have! Thanks Otech for creating a quality professional!

We have had so many good experiences with them. My girls love the ladies that do their hair . USUALLY AN INSTRUCTOR CHECKS THEIR WORK. However this time I am unsure if what happened but seemed like no one did. First photo was the final haircut the student presented as completed work. It was just a trim as my daughter already has the structure…. but see how uneven the bangs were. I then asked for the stylist to please recheck the bangs. Second photo was the corrected cut. It was still so crooked and uneven. I did not ask for another correction as it was already too short as it is. This was just not a great experience for this time. Oh also we paid for a CUT ( with shampoo) and styling and for this daughter of mine they did not do the wash nor the styling 👀

I got my nails done by Shaylee and it was amazing! She helped me narrow down a design and she beautifully created a gel nail set for me. Will most likely be returning!!

I've been going here for years. (Since 2018) (Primarily Only for hair) Did go 2x for nails-- the instructors aren't as strict (at the times I did go) or as thorough as the hair side is. (I would up with chunky nails and the gals who did them didn't appreciate my guidance (2020 and 2022)-- I do my own nails when I choose to wear nails for special occasions). Students need to learn and we should be supportive of it! It's a good price on all services (unlike the DATC in Kaysville). I'm always impressed by the instructors here and their willingness and patience to stop and go over all of your concerns-- all you need to do is talk to them. I have never had my hair bleached or dyed without having it washed or at least rinsed well after, until this visit. The ends had been slightly rinsed, no water ever touched my scalp. Normally after I get my hair done it feels great. Today it felt awful until I got home and rinsed my hair well. I realize this is student doing hair, however I thought I could expect basic hair knowledge.
