I had such a good experience at this nail salon and felt like I should leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the place felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I was greeted right away and never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. My nail technician was very sweet, patient, and polite, and made the whole appointment easy and enjoyable. She listened to what I wanted and checked in with me along the way to make sure everything looked good. I never felt pressured or upsold, and she took her time with shaping and details, which really shows in the final result. My nails are beautiful. They’re clean, even, and shaped perfectly, and the polish looks smooth and professional with no streaks or bubbles. Otium is hands down the BEST nail salon in NYC! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. After years of trying different salons, I finally found my go-to place. Todd did my nails today and he was AMAZING — incredibly patient, gentle, and so detail-oriented. Every shape and line turned out perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about making your nails look their absolute best. The salon itself is beautiful and calming. The whole team is warm and welcoming, and you can feel how much thought they put into creating a relaxing experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If you’re looking for gorgeous nails and a place that truly treats you well, Otium is the one. Highly recommend!

A bit on the pricier side, but my usual girl is not available and they have the best selection of Asian nail polish products which I prefer. Cici was amazing and very thorough which I appreciate so much! They do gel x extensions as well. They’re very friendly and they offer complimentary drink and their spaces are very clean.
