Faith was very professional and super friendly...she was very thorough in explaining the tanning bed process to me since it was my first time. She recommended the right tanning lotions and made me def want to keep doing business here. I spoke with Alex earlier when I called and she was also very friendly and professional. I loved my tanning experience will def be back.

While the beds are good and the staff is friendly, I came in to cancel my subscription and the staff mentioned that it was cancelled. Meanwhile, my credit card went over the limit because, in fact, the subscription was NOT cancelled. So I have over-draft fees to pay because my account was not properly cancelled, and my previous amount taken out was refused to be refunded back into my account. If you are subscribing to the monthly plans, make sure you are using a card that can be scrapped because there will be a chance they will not cancel as requested and they will not refund a payment. The beds and staff are great, but financially, I do not trust them with my money. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

I just recently moved from Texas and was in much need of keeping up my tan. I googled tanning salons and found O-Town Tanning. From the absolute very first step inside this salon the staff has been FANTASTIC!! The place is always neat, the beds are always clean, and the staff always greets n treats you with a friendly smile and positive attitude. I especially want to give a shout-out to Brooke (she seems to always get stuck taking care of me ). The absolute GREATEST! I highly recommend this salon to anyone!!

Needed a tan for a fall wedding and was not disappointed at ALL. The spray tan machine left me even and perfectly colored. Got a ton of compliments! Plus the girls that worked the day I came in were so nice and helpful. I’ll be back for sure!

Otown Tan has hands down the sweetest staff and the best customer service! If you're a new tanner, they will walk you through every step. They customize the experience just for you, from telling you which bed will give you the best results to which lotion will work best with your skin type. And if you aren't into laying in the beds, they have a PURA spray tan machine and it seriously works wonders. It's odorless and you don't have to wait more than 3 hours to shower, unlike other tanning salons that I've been to.
