A not so hidden gem of a salon. It is everything I was looking for in a local small business—good people, good service, good prices. Pamela goes above and beyond to make her clients feel welcome and beautiful. Every time I see her, she is always smiling and has a new way to enhance your experience at the salon. I would (and have) recommend Pamela Lucas Beauty Suite to anyone looking for a friendly and professional salon in North Andover and surrounding areas.

Yesterday I decided on the spur of the moment to get my hair highlighted and cut. Pam responded to my request that I entered on Yelp. It was my first time at her lovely salon. She highlighted my hair to a perfect shade of blonde and gave me a flattering haircut. I am beyond pleased with the results and appreciate the attention to detail she gave my hair. She even mentioned some scalp treatments and hair color techniques to consider adding to my hair service at future visits. It was an enjoyable experience all together and would recommend her salon.

Tara is the stylist for my grandson, his mom and I. Easy to get in touch with. Great hours. Very comfortable with the extras that make you feel you're special. Prices are good.

I thought I liked my haircut before this one, but Pam blew me away. I left looking and feeling great! She did a great job with my eyebrows too. I am so excited that I have found such a talented stylist.
