Recommend 10/10 for dudes. Has a lot of personality with some edge. Cool and polite dudes work there. Definitely professional. There was a young boy in there and they were awesome with him getting his haircut. Patient as well. Location is cool too. My guy was CJ and I'll definitely be going back to him for now on. If you just need a quick cut maybe not for you. But for dudes being dudes and an experience with a legit cut then I recommend big time.

Since I moved to Charleston almost three months ago its been bad haircuts one after another. Will broke that streak at Outlaw today. When I walked in he immediately knew who I was. My haircut started 5 minutes sharp to the time I requested, which is a RARITY in the area for some reason. His fade work. Clean. Well blended and even. Line work, clean and crisp. He listened to my preferences and made them all happen, and even gave me a path to recovering from my bad cuts before hand to where I want my hair cut to be.
