Ive been going with nail tech Tracy for about 2 years now and she never disappoints. She always knows how to capture my nail ideas perfectly !!! If you love crazy nail art and designs, shes your girl !

The owner, Racquel, is the kindest person. She is fair, observant, and pays close attention to detail. I have been getting my nails done here with Racquel for over 15 years (before she because the owner). This is the only place that each employee knows the ins and out of fine nail care. The water fountain inside is everyone’s favorite. The energy flow here is calm, relaxing, and regenerative. Every employee is SO kind and helpful. Since Racquel has taken ownership, the variety of colors, services, and products has increased in quality and quantity. I ONLY get nail services here and travel 100 miles each way (moved away 6 years ago)

I was refered to this nail shop by someone. They shared to ask for Emily. She did a good job on my nails. and I would have returned but she was rude. She spoke about me to her coworkers in my face. She could have waited until I left. I'm not sure why people do this like we don't know what's up.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Finishing Touch for years, primarily for pedicures. While the prices have always been on the higher side, I appreciated their cleanliness and the ability to accommodate walk-ins quickly. However, my recent experiences have left me very disappointed. I understand that inflation has driven up prices, but with higher costs, I expect the quality of service to improve or at least stay consistent. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been the case. My last two pedicures felt rushed and lackluster. There was minimal effort put into cleaning my cuticles, almost no pressure during the foot scrub, and the “massage” consisted of a quick application of lotion and oil with no actual massage effort. For $49, I opted for a gel pedicure expecting a more comprehensive experience, but

The place has changed alot in the last 6 months or so. I've had this same design for years, no change nothing. They have been struggling with the design the last few times ive gone. They put the prices up which is ok. But they charged me for a poor quality line and apparently, it "changed shape." The first picture is my nails today and the second is the usual look.
