OVME

I have been going to the Ovme location in Richmond VA for 4 years, but I recently moved to NOVA in December 2025. I was nervous about switching locations because I have been going there for so long and I adore everyone. Genevieve is that girl, if you are in the area, book her! 🥰 They underwent new management while I was there and she is a great addition. This location has an amazing group of people, I will miss seeing them every month. Soooo, it was my first time today at the Fairfax location and I loved it! 😇The receptionists were great and esthetician I had (I think her name was Alina) was amazing, she did a cool little face wash dance on my face lol. My previous med spa was able to give me 25 units of Botox for the areas I wanted treated, yet OVME said they couldn't do anything less than 45 for the same areas, despite me also putting this information in when I scheduled the appointment. I wanted to walk out as soon as I was told this, but was scared off by the cancelation charge of $100 and was in general scared of speaking up more than I already had. It ended up being $450 more than my appointments at my previous med spa. This is your sign to speak up and leave if you’re getting over-quoted and overcharged. I’m so disappointed I didn’t just leave….. Editing this review to add that these are my results after 10 days (while I know it takes 14 days to set in, the rest of my face is frozen so I don’t see this changing in the next 4 days)

overall visit 10/10. Check-in was great; greet with a smile & water from the receptionist. My appointment was handled with care. Alexis was fantastic. Although I knew exactly what I wanted (re: VI chemical peel) - she still did a mini consult with me to understand my skin concerns and habits. In and out 30 minutes. Would recommend to friends & family.

I recently got lip filler at Ovme Medical Spa and I’m so happy with the results! From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel Comfortable.
