had an amazing experience at ph 7 today! the people there are very nice, the space is very big and clean! i’m pretty particular about the shaping of my nails, trimming of cuticles etc. and jessie did a fantastic job! i’ve been searching for a local nail spot for awhile now and will definitely be back! for reference, i got builder gel with cat eye!

Updated review: they reached out to me and scheduled me for a complimentary gel mani with Nancy who did a fantastic job. Very gentle and took her time making sure everything looked spotless. 5/5 Old:I got SNS powder removed and a gel manicure. Nail tech cut me fairly badly. No discount taken off. Gel polish is goopy and sloppy. For the amount you pay you can get much better elsewhere. Paid $70

BASICALLY ABUSED BY THE STYLIST Before I begin the bad part of this review, I would like to say that my nails were well done and lasted four weeks. The bad part was the service. I didn't realize what was happening until after, but it started out strange when they texted me in the morning saying I should come in earlier because a slot had opened up. I couldn't because I can't leave work early. I came in on time. After slamming the color books on the desk, the nail technician sat me down to start working away furiously. While she was prepping my nails, I tried to look at the colors, and she started yanking my arms to the other end of the table. (Which seems ridiculous? I got my nails done recently at another salon, and they worked at the middle of the table.) At one point, she pulled my ar

This is my usual go-to nail spot. I really enjoy the attention to detail and time they take for doing a good job on my nails. My nails are usually healthier and stronger everytime I visit. The massage is great too. Definitely on the pricier end but usually worth it. Noting 6/17/24- recently there are new hires that are NOT delivering as they usually do- really aggressive on cuticles, distracted and rude, overall not attentive. Will definitely be asking for one of the regular technicians because the new ones SUCK.

I often come to this place to get my nails done, and I always book with the same person because I’m used to her. They do a pretty good job with cuticle care and foot treatments. To be fair, the pedicures are usually well done, but the gel nails on my hands are just average — the polish typically starts chipping after about a week which I uploaded the photo. And their price is not that cheap. There was one time I tipped a little less than usual because of that, though I always tip every time I visit. I’m giving 3 stars mainly because during my most recent visit, the front desk staff rather directly asked me why I gave a smaller tip last time. While I understand they may be trying to improve their service, tipping is supposed to be voluntary. I already paid for the service itself, and it’s
