P I Nails

I’ve been coming to PI Nails for about 7 years, and this used to be my go-to spot. Unfortunately, over the past 3 years the pricing has become extremely inconsistent and frustrating. I was very loyal and always went to Nancy because she does amazing work. I also got the same exact services every single time: a basic pedicure with gel polish, and every six weeks a fill-in on my toes. There were no add-ons, no changes — yet the price was never the same. What started around $85 slowly turned into $90, then $110, then $120 on different visits for the same service. The constant price changes made no sense, and I eventually had to start asking for receipts because it felt excessive. Prices are expensive and some staff members are rude. They don’t mind showing their attitudes and will talk about you in their native language. When I told the employee that was removing my acrylic hurt nails she got an attitude and didn’t care how I felt. She ripped them off and I asked her to allow me to soak them off. My nail started bleeding. Would not recommend.

I’ve been here three times. The first time the pedicure was nice but the gel polish peeled off in a week. The second time the pedicure was good and polish lasted. This time was awful. I went for a fill in and color change and I wanted them cut down a little. She did terrible reshaping them. One coat of paint. Her tool cut into my nail. Just terrible experience all around.

This is an amazing place. It is soooo soothing. They serve wine and offer all services and more! The people are incredibly sweet. They even offer massages with great prices! Nancy is who served me. She is amazing! 🥰😘 The best to ever do it.

P.I. NAILS use to be good i've been going here for about 5 years but there work has definitely Deteriorated through them 5 years today was the last straw i'm tired of paying for bad service. My nails were not all the way covered with the acrylic the paint job was bad as well amd this was done from the owner you would think he'd be the best. Totally disappointed. Even customer service sucks.
