P & K Nails

I got a full set, the nails are good. The service, not so much, the lady barely spoke, did not look like she wanted to be there, and instead of saying turn your hand a little , she yanked. Very bad customer service, you need to be a people person to work in a business like this. Not a warm or welcoming atmosphere like the previous ownership. Will not be going back.

i came for an acrylic set and pedicure. my nails were lifting from the bottom and it was very painful. the service, don’t get me started. the daughter was doing my nails first and then the mother came to do it and she had like a “thank god” attitude and then i was sent to another person and she looked miserable and like she just wanted to get out of there. definitely won’t be coming back. very weird atmosphere and the nails weren’t even that good for the price. no complaints about the pedicure and lady who did them though :)

It hasn't even been a week, and my nails are chipping. I paid $95 for something I didn't even want because I was having an anxiety attack and couldn't take being in there anymore. She never once asked me what color or style I wanted. She just started doing Frenchtip (which I hate that look on me) with some random color that I did not ask for. I was trying to have a nice day out with my mother in law and swore up and down. This was the place to go. I've never regretted something more. When I went on my birthday it was great. Very quiet. This last time was AWFUL. very upset. Almost forgot my favorite part. I called asking to make an appointment and they told me to just come in and when I walked in ALL THE CHAIRS WERE FILLED SO WE HAD TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

I visited this salon for a full set of acrylics, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The nail tech rushed through the process, the shape was uneven, and the polish started chipping after just two days. I expected better professionalism and quality for the price I paid. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless major improvements are made and not even that. They also charged me way more than what they said it would be over the phone. Horrible service, I rate this place a 0/10 and 0 it’s not even bad enough for this place 🤢

Went here today with my friend to get my nails done for my birthday and we made an appointment for 4:30. They took me first and didn’t end up taking my friend until almost an hour later so by the time they had her in a chair I was almost finished with my nails after the lady finished my nails I noticed that one of my French tips on my fingers did not match any of the other ones so I asked her to fix it she literally just painted over the nail didn’t bother filing the color off of it to fix the French tip and then afterwards I looked at my nails again and found a hair stuck in the nail so now I have to go home and file that off so I can get the hair off of my nails and somehow paint over my nail. I also ask for coffin nails she didn’t even bother shaping my nails properly and they look like
