P Nails

Well I spent $65 for the bubble spa and never got asked what scent I wanted. He pushed my cuticles too far back, then when he was cutting my cuticles he cut my skin instead, when 'cleaning' under my toenails he dug under the sides of them and it hurt so bad, not to mention the water was freezing the whole time. The massage part was short and fine.

My only complaint is price. They charge me a different amount every time. My first visit was $55 for a full set. My next visit they charged me $70 for a fill. A FILL! That's crazy, especially since I chose a simple French manicure.

Absolutely the worst place. Not only was the nail tech really rude but when I left I realized my nail was super crooked. So I went back immediately and two techs argued with me that it wasn’t crooked and filed it a little but refused to redo it. On top of that they will charge you way more than what is on the menu price everytime. Got charged $55 for a $40 set, and couldn’t explain to me why. I was not confrontational or rude. I’m usually like a lot of other women I don’t say anything about my nails just pay and leave but this place is absolutely ridiculous. You decide for yourself if my nail is lopsided.

Can be a good place depending on who you end up getting as your nail tech. Went with my mom today and her nails are amazing! Attention to detail, straight, and the tech was very kind. I dont get my nails done often, and am not very experience on what to look out for. Ive had nice experiences here before, but the tech I received today was in a rush, and didn't seem very concerned with the quality of the nails. I'm realizing now that I'm gone that my nails are crooked and the finish is uneven. Very disappointed and will be looking for a nail shop with consistent quality. In a rut where I love the color but the quality of the job is subpar, making me dislike them all together.

I received a gift card for Christmas to get a Mani Pedi. So I went and it had been a while since I’ve been to get this service done. My nail tech didn’t act very friendly. And she was really rough with me. I never had a Mani Pedi hurt before, but this time it hurt left and right. Three days later, my toe is still swollen from her. I won’t be back to this place or recommend anyone to go there.
