BUYER BEWARE My wife signed up here for a few months since we spend half our year in Reno. My wife made this clear prior to the purchase. After our time was up and we were getting ready to go back to Arizona we cancelled. The employee said we are good to go and our card will no longer be charged. A few months went by and I noticed they were still charging my card. We tried calling and they led us on a week wild goose chase with emails. We had to message multiple times a day to get an answer every few days. Anyway they finally got back to us today just to tell us "yes you cancelled in person but didn't fill out the waiver therefore we still charged your membership" wouldn't it be your job to give us the waiver? This is shady business practice we go up to Reno every year and my wife was

Paid for upgrade and the bed barely got warm. I asked girl about receiving free upgrade for this time. She said she emailed the manager 4 days ago and never got a response. So, the upgrade is a waste of money. Upon coming oon today, I tried to work it out and they are unwilling to take care of me. Do yourself a favor and find another place.

Please replace your four bulbs that have been out in your platinum plus bed at the DeMonte location. It has been 2+ months. Thank you. I really enjoy this place so I am a bit surprised that this has been happening for a bit of time.

Very friendly staff! Price ended up being $25 cheaper than what their website said. I go for red light therapy (not to tan). Fourteen sessions (if you go every day for 14 days) is $50?+tax. Very clean. Sanitary. Nice and cool bed for a 15 minutes RLT session. Can't beat it!

I came in today to get a spray tan, The machine is not the greatest, it missed a lot of spots on my body, where other spots are darker than the other. My back side didn’t get tanned as well as my front. When I went to the front desk to let her know, and to show her where the tanning was very blotchy, she called her Manager to let her manager know to see what we can do about it, and her manager did not want to do anything and told me if I wanted to go through the machine again I can pay another fee. I would definitely not use tanning services for spraying. You are not going to have an even tan on your body. I’m very nervous after the eight hours of the town to develop that it’s not going to be even. Definitely a waste of money. I would go somewhere else, the customer service was very poor.
