apparently the powers that be found it necessary to delete my previous review of this shop. The very last time that i visited this shop I made an appointment ( the previous day ) when I arrived for my appointment I was told that the person I made my appointment with had moved back to Vietnam!!!!!!!!!!! "Jen" did ask me if I wanted Natasha to do my lashes I asked her how long it would take she said" wait and I'll find out "Jen" walked right passed Natasha and went into a room toward the back of the salon!!!!! she never said a word to Natasha. who was working on a client's pedicure at the time... after a minute "Handsome" indicated that he would find out how long the wait for Natasha would be.. at this point I told him never mind and left. This was not my first visit to this salon

I have had the hardest time trying to find a good nail salon/nail tech since moving from STL, now I can finally stop my search...Natasha is the one!! She is amazing, I can't stop looking at my nails! Not only does she pay attention to detail, know your style and give you what you want, she is super sweet! The salon is really nice and clean as well, and Jenn the manager is super sweet and great with customer service and her clients as well! 5 stars and then some!!

Refused to return my calls or texts regarding a Groupon voucher she claimed I used on April 22nd, even though I was IN CALIFORNIA that day. She proceeded to lie to my face, saying she never spoke with Groupon. I ended up needing to have my bank refund me because she told Groupon I used it, and they refused to refund me. Groupon refused to refund me because they took her lying words over my proof that I wasn't even Texas, let alone Houston.

I love coming here to get my manicure and pedicure. Never a wait time. Skill level is amazing. Recommend.
