Came here today for the first time, had a wonderful experience. Walked in at 11:46 (on a Saturday, no appointment), finished with my manicure (and my kids) and leaving in less than an hour. They have an efficient check in system (you fill a paper out with what services you want and what complimentary drink you want) and so many colors to choose from (I picked gel #430- pictured). The manicure was relaxing and they were gentle. The interior decor is pretty. I like that they give you a slip at the end to hand the cashier so that anyone can cash you out and you put the tip on there first, which makes it easier to fill out. Overall, a great experience for me and my 12 year old. We will be back again for sure! They have many chairs for pedicures as well (getting one next time) with fun chairs

I came in on a Friday after lunch time, around 1:30 pm with my boyfriend’s daughter to get our sets filled. They didn’t appear overly busy but seems like I was a continuous bother to both techs when asking about gel color options, designs for an 8 year olds nails and just being overly rough with excessive grinding with the tools, cuticles bleeding and trimming too much skin that also bled. My boyfriend’s daughter cried for almost the entire rest of the day and my cuticles are still bleeding and sore 3 days later. I asked if they had other fall color options, the tech told me no but yet there were several nail swatches behind her that I was not even offered to look at. Our nails looked good other than still being sore, so that’s the extra star. All and all, I would not return.

Lee-lee*(Li-li) did my eyebrows perfectly Sunday in 5ish minutes. I only go once a year and will definitely go back to her next year. She was very professional and made me feel welcome.

Called and spoke to someone who was RUDE after having an trying to talk to someone post nail service Make sure when places are doing ur nails u advocate for urself and make sure THEY are using new (CLEAN EQUIPMENT) things and them theirselves have good hygiene

Very nice place. My wife mother and daughter told me I was going with them it was a good experience. My daughter picked out a color for my toes. Lyly did a great job
