Absolutely in love with my Christmas nails! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The technician named Christine was incredibly meticulous and paid so much attention to every tiny detail — shaping, cuticles, and design were all done with such care. You can truly tell how much pride they take in their work. The holiday design turned out even more beautiful than I imagined, with such clean lines and delicate details. It was my first time at this salon that is under new management and everyone including manager was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel extra special. The space was clean, relaxing, and festive. I will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend!

New management/ owners as of 11/2025. I took a chance getting my nails done here on a whim for a formal event and they were great, friendly and professional. Best of all they asked me questions to get a feel for what I really wanted. They did not try talking me into or out of what I wanted, they took their time and did a lovely job. I have become a regular client. The second time I went to get my nails done they greeted me by name and have continued to do so and subsequent visits. The pricing is fair, especially considering the artwork they have done for me.

Let me start by saying, I was the patient that came in late. Like 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. I wasn’t nervous about going in so late. I didn’t want my nails rushed and then end up not liking them. But when I walked in everyone there greeted me and made me feel like they were happy I was there. Christine didn’t rush my nails at all. She took her time. To the point that she was almost done and noticed there was a mistake and she went back and fixed it. I never even saw it at first. Hannah, the new management was amazing company. I enjoyed our chat and they were super great with me having a kiddo there too. It was just overall a really great experience. I can’t give them credit for all of the nails, but I can for the design. I found them after I had just left my other nail salon, who had made nail art that was very poor. I came to Palace Nail & Spa, explained the situation, and that I needed the nail art redone to be somewhat similar to the photo. Not only did Christine do an amazing job, she refused to take payment for her amazing work. I will definitely be back and will be giving her a nice tip next time!
