Full review: I've been getting my nails done fairly regularly for the better part of 25 years and I am super duper extra picky when it comes to acrylic nail sets. Less so with pedicures but if I'm going to pay somewhere around $100 for some nails they better be legit. I'm talking shape, color, longevity, all of it. My bestie brought me here to treat me with a full set and a pedi and she's got impeccable taste so I took a leap of faith and trusted her judgement. She did not disappoint! I left feeling incredibly well taken care of, with one of my favorite sets ever. The staff took exceptional care of us and I feel like the set I got was better than the Pinterest inspo photo I came in with. I am so grateful she took me here especially since I just moved to the area and needed a new salon. I

I’m in love !!! This was my first time here and I’m glad I chose this place ! I’m usually very iffy when it comes to getting designs done at nail salons but didn’t have the time to find a nail tech being so new to this area . When I walked in a man greeted me very politely, I showed him the picture of the set I wanted and asked if they would be able to do them , he immediately said yes and sat me down at ms Jessica’s table. She was so sweet and did AMAZING on my nails !! She made sure I liked everything she was doing as she went and gladly fixed any minor errors we both noticed while doing designs. All and all it was an amazing experience and Jessica did better than I would’ve ever expected!! She definitely has a new regular !

I wanted to give this place a try since I live nearby. But I never felt this frustrated, I asked for a French tip. The girl that was doing my French tip had absolutely zero experience or knowledge. She eventually gave up on my nails and called someone else to do my French tips. The second person was okay but seemed like they all thought I was too picky which was the reason I wanted to just leave and get my nails done somewhere else. But after an hour they were able to get my nails done. Not going there again. Also they cut my finger too.

Never disappointed when I come here! Very experienced nail technicians available. I do high impact workouts and I never get a broken or chipped nail. High quality, at Palace Nails Spa.

I love Palace Nails!! This is by far the best nail salon I’ve tried in The Colony/ Frisco area! Holly does an amazing job, she is so gentle and kind and really takes her time. The environment is very clean and well kept. I can’t recommend her and this salon enough!
