I’ve been coming here for years! The new setup is beautiful and the new pedicure chairs are amazing. Julie helped me select the jelly pedicure and it was, truly, the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Sel took care of my nails and he did an incredible job! He was so contentious about ensuring I was comfortable and happy with everything. I even did a design, which I never do, and it looks so good! I do acrylics and he put on a neutral base, which I had never been offered before. I loved the attention to details with my nails. I never used to make appointments but Julie and Sel are now stuck with me forever.

I’ve been coming to Palazzo for about 3 YEARS now and they continue to exceed every expectation. I have to give a special shoutout to Julie and Loan, they’ve taken care of my entire family’s pedicures, and their work is consistently amazing. Anytime I call, they answer right away and make scheduling so easy. Quality nail salons in Buford can be hard to find, but this place is truly a GEM. The staff is kind, attentive, and always makes us feel welcome. My kids love coming here, and even my dad flies in from Detroit, MI just to get a pedicure from Julie or Loan. That’s how good they are. The entire staff are all truly just AMAZING 100%!!! The entire team is friendly, the service is top-tier, and the salon is always spotless. Palazzo is hands-down the best pedicure spot in Buford.

I loved my manicure this afternoon at Palazzo! Jin did the most beautiful job on my nails, as she always does! I HIGHLY recommend her for both manicures and pedicures. She is exceptional. The salon is clean and spacious and they just got new pedicure chairs which I cannot wait to try. Over all I had a great experience and will be back soon!

I had my nails done by Juli and got a pedi with an INCREDIBLE massage by Mimi — and everything was perfect! ✨ Great service, amazing customer care, and such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Under new management! When I came, they were also renovating. Henry was the tech I had, and he’s the best! It’s hard to find people for tap gel/builder gel. I’m so happy. Will definitely be come back for a pedi.
