Palazzo Nails and Spa

Just moved here from Jersey and did what we all do, Googled the closest nail salon and hoped for the best. From the outside, Palazzo Nails and Spa is a little deceiving. You cannot see in, so I was not sure what to expect. But once you walk through the door, it is a totally different story. The space is large, clean, and very well organized. The nail swatches are actually clean. Not dusty, not sticky, not questionable. That alone earned points with me. The staff is professional, efficient, and respectful of your time. Cindy is fabulous. She absolutely nailed my dip powder ombré on the first visit. Cindi took care of me this time and she is amazing. She did an amazing foot massage and pedicure . The massage chairs they have are so incredibly good.! The pedicure was heavenly! She did a gel manicure for me and chrome on my nails and it turned out so beautiful. She really was great.!

My first experience there was great. Jimmie did an amazing job on my nails. Since then, I made two separate appointments with Jimmie and never got him each time I went in there. So what was the point of making an appointment with him? Last time I went, I got some woman and she soaked my dips and tips off. I kept telling her I wanted a new set. She kept looking at me smiling and laughing and continued doing my nails, and I never got a full set of tips. They chipped within two days and looked awful. I am highly disappointed after spending that much money and not getting what I wanted.

Love this nail salon! The space is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Brian always does an amazing job, he’s detailed, professional, and my nails come out perfect every time. Highly recommend!
