Palisade Nails

I’ve been going here for 6 months and I never had a Problem until this lady did my nails today. Horrible job. When I tried to tell the owner about it he dismissed everything and tried to tell me she can fix it after I told her a million times to fix THENAILS that she was doing it wrong. She cut me plenty of times and overall just a mess. This is not the first complaint on this lady . IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE IS CONSTANTLY NOT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY WHY KEE THIS PERSON WORKING HERE? THIS IS SO WRONG AND DISRESPECTFUL TO LOYAL CLIENTS. I’ll never go back here AGAIN THEY JUST LOST A good CLIENT ! DISGUSTING

Love Love Love Nancy. She takes her time and very patient. You could tell her your vision or your ideas of what you want on your nails and she will bring it to life. I’m so happy I finally find a nail technician in Yonkers. That’s good mind you I’ve been in Yonkers for 25 years and Palisades Nails 💅 is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in Yonkers. First time I came here - it was okay. Second time : nails got messed up the next day because it wasn’t dry very well. Third time and probably the last one : VERY UNSATISFIED, VERY DISAPPOINTED. (See photos for valid proof) 😭 Worst nail tech I’ve ever had 🙄 please hire professionals, not the ones who can’t take their time, not the ones who rush everything! People pay for service and give decent tips. We don’t deserve getting ugly results!

I visited on a Sunday afternoon. They weren’t crowded and didn’t wait long to be serviced. I went in for a gel pedicure. The pedicure lasted about 20 mins. To begin their massage chairs are worn down. He covered the pedicure pole with plastic which I appreciated. He started the pedicure by clipping my toe nails before ever placing my feet in the water. Once he completed clipping my toe nails I was instructed to place my feet in the water. I asked for more hot water as the water was barely warm. There were no jets in the pedicure bowl. He quickly applied cuticle oil to my feet and pushed them back. Once that was complete he quickly scrubbed the bottom of my feet. He then polished them. After they were polished he quickly rubbed oil on my feet and calf’s and sent me on my way. Probably the w

Honestly i was scared by the reviews but only thing i can say is that getting pedicures done from here is wonderful realistically and the communication too, when it comes to nails its perfectly fine for me too.
