Palm Beach Tan

The front desk staff was great and ready to help me. A woman in a lab coat who appeared to work the spray tan side interrupted and insisted I needed a spray tan instead — before I could even get signed up. Never got in a bed. Left without service. The front desk person was wonderful, the spray tan upsell was not.

I Love this facility! Staff is always friendly and helpful! Always clean and organized. Dana is my Favorite! She is always helping me with my tanning adventures and is so knowledgeable about products and it has helped me achieve the tan I was looking for!

Already emailed corporate before and they gave me a $20 credit towards spray tan but here I am again today and they are closed again they don’t mind taking the $50 out your account but between broke machines and short staff they have gone downhill… this place is trash 🗑

I'm in my 40's and never been tanning at a salon before. I was nervous walking in, but the two women working were incredibly helpful. I've only been a couple times now, but both times the salon was immaculately clean. You can freeze the membership for only $7.50 a month. It's around $70 a month for a platinum membership. I burn super easily and they have been helpful to make sure I have a game plan to get color with no burning. I saw multiple negative reviews from 6 months ago. I would suggest going to talk and see the salon in person. I believe it will leave a much better impression than some of the older reviews.
