From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left the chair, I felt completely comfortable and confident in this dental office. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. My dental technician, Crystal, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything to me clearly and in great detail, which made the entire experience feel reassuring and positive. She helped me understand what was going on and gave me confidence that the issues I’ve been dealing with can be resolved with proper care. When Dr. C came in, he also spent a generous amount of time walking me through a clear plan for improving my oral health. We were explicitly told this office accepted our insurance. Based on that representation, we proceeded with treatment. When it came time to pay, we were charged $1,200 out of pocket for deep cleanings for both my husband and me. We were led to believe the high cost was simply because the procedures were “deep cleanings,” and when we questioned why our insurance was not significantly reducing the balance, we were told that insurance companies “don’t always cover the full amount.” That explanation was misleading.
