PALS Lice Treatment & Removal Virginia Beach

I was contacted by my daughter’s (she is 7 and in the 2nd grade) school nurse informing me she had head lice. I went into complete panic mode. I immediately started searching online what to do for head lice as in the 48 years of my life we have never had to deal with head lice (it had to be the 4th kid). I found PALS online and immediately called them and left a message. They called be back within the hour and Julie talked me off of the ledge and stopped me from burning my house down to the ground. She was reassuring and walked me through what we needed to do and got me the first appointment possible to complete lice removal treatment. I had a moment of panic on a Saturday morning, which is the worst because I expected nobody to be open!! Turns out that we had caught it just in time with just one, However, I cannot rave enough about how amazing this place was not only did they get me an appointment within three hours. They were so sweet and kind on the phone. On a Saturday!!!!! I would recommend them 1 million times over simply due to their amazing customer service!!

From the professional advice and treatment plans, to the wallet friendly options for any budget! If we ever need this service we will not trust anyone else. The employees at PALS were understanding and very helpful. They were gentle with the scary lice comb on my curly hair and were able to keep my two year old calm throughout the entire procedure. Will definitely return here if its ever again necessary.

Wonderful service with a great staff. The shop is inviting and they have all kinds of neat nick nacks and things to keep kids occupied during their check/treatment. My son and I were both checked and had a mild infestation. We opted for the best treatment which guaruntees our service the longest should the lice return. They answered the phone and had us checked and treated in the same evening my son was sent home. Now he can go back to school with a certificate. I was provided neat information and instructions on how to clean at home. This service is such a needed service in the community and PALS is the best!
