Pamper Nails

$60 for a full set wasn't a bad price. Nail tech was nice but very unwilling to give me what I wanted. She exclaimed that I had big fingers and insisted we do an oval shape that I hate. I kept having to ask her to cut them down and she acted like I insulted her. They're still longer than I prefer. The nail art I asked for she butchered and in the sun my navy blue polish was purple.

I was going her for about 2 1/2 years. And the owner man and his wife and brother are great! But this particular day I walked in for service and a lady came in a little after me. The sister was there and I guess the lady was her buddy she skipped me and tried to take the lady who came in after me. The lady came in after me tried to lie saying she had an appointment earlier with I think the owner. The sister's brother was working and he got on to her telling her it wasn't fair or right because I was there first. The sister is horrible! Don't go in there and her buddies come because she will let take them over you. She is very unprofessional!

The staff are very friendly and greet you upon arrival. Very peaceful environment and customer oriented. The staff expresses care with their art and don’t pressure for additional services. They were very kind and gentle with their service.

It was my first time there and they cut 3 of my fingers up. It really hurt and was gushing blood. I didn’t even get a discount or anything. Nails are good but not worth pain.

Pamper Nails prioritizes their white patrons over blacks. The tech stopped my pedicure to service a white patron who came in after me. I won't return.
