I found out about this place on Groupon . When I pulled up , I was skeptical because of the location and people outside of the nail salon, but I didn’t want to waste my money . Michelle did my feet pretty well and she was nice . When I got to my hands , instead of her telling me she didn’t know how to do Stiletto cut and shellac nails, she cut my nails uneven . I corrected her about it twice but because we were in the salon for almost 4 hours, I just dealt with it so I could get out of the area since it was now dark. When I sent her a picture of my nails . She blamed the uneven and not uniformed nails on me saying I was on my cell phone . I told her some of my nails didn’t even have gel on them and were immediately chipped , she refused to take any fault and didn’t try to help me . So inst

Don’t like when someone scratched me, then “sorry sorry”. for me that consequences costs 1 week difficulties to wet my hands! I’ve been there 4 days ago, look at the pics from now. Still have sore and I need to wash my hands, wash dishes, take shower, cook, make laundry. Better I’d go to another, place at my hotel. Maybe little bit more expensive but service!!! Btw I paid 75$ for mani&pedi and removing. Not cheap right? Found on Groupon paid in person

I've called this salon twice now and both times, the person was curt and border line rude. I NEVER leave reviews but I feel that if you are running a business, the least you could do is be courteous and understanding, regardless if you can accommodate a client or not. The first time I called, I wasn't even sure if I wanted to use my Groupon deal if this person would be doing the pedicure. I decided not to go. When I called on the last day of the sale (a twist of fate, I didn't even realize this), she beat around the bush until I asked her outright if anything could be done. I was told I basically had 4 months to use it..:) I get that. I was polite about it, the least she could have done was be polite back. Needless to say, I won't miss that $16. She can keep it. :)

I am shocked by the rude and horrible attitude I received from Michelle today. I had a mani pedi booked for 3:45pm and 10 minutes before my appointment, Michelle decides to call to inform me that she had to cancel. When I ask her why, she goes on to blame ME for making such a "last minute appointment." The funny thing is, I made my booking two hours prior to my appointment and even CALLED her before I booked to make sure that she was available - to which she answered yes. Since I live in Euless, it was a ~40 minute drive and I had already been driving for 30 minutes down the toll roads. When I told her that, she snapped and said "k bye!" and hung up on me. I simply called in to inquire about business hours, woman responded "First of all, how did you hear about me?" I told her from Groupon. She responded "Mhmm" followed by about a 5 second pause and then sighed and said "I only do Groupons by appointments only so anybody that's scheduled today scheduled last week I'm booked a week in advance. All the information about my hours of operation are on my website and that information is on your Groupon as well." Shocked by her nasty attitude I responded "Ok" and she hung up. Extremely rude. It's obvious she doesn't like Groupon's policy and should remove herself from the website if it affects her customer service as such.
