PamperMe Nail Spa in Fells Point

I’ve been coming to this salon on and off for several years, but recently my experiences have become very unpleasant, and today was the final straw. I had a 10:00 AM appointment for a builder gel fill-in and a gel pedicure. When I arrived, there were multiple clients waiting outside in the cold. No one opened the shop until about 10:05. Once we were let in, my nail tech (Kat) was nowhere to be found. I normally go to Wendy (who is amazing), but today I was scheduled with Kat. When Kat finally arrived, she immediately asked what I wanted and then cut me off mid-sentence to say, “I don’t have time for any design or French tip, only one color.” This was extremely frustrating considering I booked my appointment in advance and arrived on time. I had an excellent experience here. I’ve probably been to 6 or some nail salons in Baltimore city since moving here, and this was by far my favorite. Specifically, my builder gel manicure experience was great. The nail technician Maria was friendly and extremely detailed oriented and did a wonderful job. She removed my previous Gel X manicure with care and was quick but meticulous with the builder gel application. The salon was clean and pretty and the front desk woman was LOVELY. I will be back

Been going to Pamper Me for almost two years now and my nails never disappoint! The salon is very clean and relaxing. Tina at the front desk is always so welcoming and the quality of the work that the nail techs do is consistently great (I usually go to Maria or Jenny). Highly recommend PamperMe Nail Spa!

This was such a welcoming place and a beautiful location right by the water. I was amazed by the attention to detail put into my nails. I got my nails done almost three weeks ago and none of the rhinestones have fallen off. Also they were very gentle and took their time. I’m extremely pleased with the work done. It was definitely worth the money and I will be returning.
