I have been a loyal client at Pandora Bails for a few years now. The owners, Jimmy and Vivian, are the sweetest people, and they keep my nails looking top-tier! I trust them, as well as their talented staff, to help me not only care for my nails, but provide a friendly, genuine, professional experience. The shop is not usually crowded during weekdays, so I prefer to have my services performed off- peak. They make “nail jail” an enjoyable experience that I look forward to. I would highly recommend trying them out, if you haven’t already. The staff is like family, and they’ve never met a stranger!

Vivian is the queen of the nail techs!!! She provides such a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and she never fails to make me smile and giggle. She is super creative and is always up for any challenge i bring to her - and then she goes above and beyond what i bring and adds her own flair! I’ve never ever left unhappy. Have been a customer for over 8 years. Very professional staff and clean nail studio. Jimmy the owner and wife Vivian are amazing. They treat there clients wonderfully. Welcoming them by their first names when they arrive. Very personable. Has all the up to date colors. Would recommend 100!

Rachel does a fabulous job on pedicures! I have been going to her for a couple of years. She gives wonderful customer service! Also, she is very professional and kind.
