Very unprofessional, and the stylist charged me $60 for a haircut. I could get better service in Flushing for a lower price. She barely touched my hair, didnt even comb my hair the right way. Blow dry was horrible I could do better job at home. I’m not coming back FOR SURE.

They need to be more detail on letting their customers know that they need to respect other people's property. It can be shut down if there are any more problems. I know places that do hair better than them and who is not money hungry for scorning people hair and they act like they better than the people who come to do their hair and have better jobs and speak correctly.

Michelle is a very good beautician and a wonderful person. She really cares about the health of her customers' hair. She's honest and will recommend what is best for your hair. All of Michelle's customers have healthy hair. I HIGHLY recommend allowing Michelle to take care of your hair.

If there was a negative star rating they would of truly earned it. The ratings online does not accurately describe this place, more specifically the woman shown in the picture attached. She was extremely unprofessional with her work and customer service. Her station is Very disorganized and unsanitary. She had the comb for the clippers all over the place and had hair remains too. She denied me of washing my hair (at the time was more that 2 feet) before cutting it. And on top of the she out my hair in a dirty zip lock bag with food crumbs in it. In addition, get clippers sounded like a lawn mower, shutting off in the middle of the cut numerous times. To top it all off, I called later to speak to the manager and there was a lady with a think Spanish accent that had a terrible atitiude and

Michelle and Anna are excellent beauticians/hair stylists. They take pride in everything they do and ensure that the needs per customer are met.
