Courteous and UNprofessional. Clean salon, great location with parking, and the ladies are pleasant when or if they spoke to you. Prices very depending on how long it takes the braider to do the hair cause they will renig on the price if they can't do the service and act like it will take too long. And don't ask for crochet and bring your own hair even though they ask you too and then can't work with it. After 2.5 hours I was asked to leave to go buy more crochet hair that she can work with. I left but did not return! SMH

The 1st time I went here 4mos ago I had a young lady name Khadija braid my hair. She did an excellent job. I decided to go back after several failed attempts of securing an appointment (never getting a response by call or text). I decided to walk in. I was able to get in that afternoon. I showed the pictures of what I wanted. The end result was not that!!! The end results show the braider was not experience! I paid $80 for something my 12 year old niece could have done! Judge for yourself. My braids are the mixed black & gray. I brought plenty of hair to have my desired style. I'll never consider them professional African braiding!

This was the worse place I’ve ever been too They didn’t have my desired color, the beautician calinda didn’t know how to do the boho braids so I told her to give me medium knotless braids, she then made the boxes so big and gave me a small braids which made it look like crap then she made the top smaller to hide the bottom half of the braids. And the last thing is I arrived there for a 9:00 appointment and they didn’t start doing my hair till 9:50 due to they claimed they didn’t know I had the appointment in which I told them I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago with the gentleman in which they called a women to confirm at that point she told them to start my hair I was there till 5:30 in the evening in total I was there 81/2 hours a very unsatisfied customer don’t go there you will be disa

Abeg I should have looked at the most recent reviews to understand the quality of what I would receive , we had an appointment at 10:30 am we arrived 5 minutes early and didn’t get service until after 1pm I made the appointment over 3 weeks prior and showed style they gave me a price and then while there they went up 40 dollars and didn’t give the service I requested, and then I showed the proof of the text conversation that showed the price and they tried to bamboozle me . . This was the most disappointing service we received . We asked for stitch braids with space buns we showed the photo and she gave corn rows and I asked for the hair shaft not to be cut as they didn’t fold the braiding hair around the regular hair . They put didn’t put the individual hair in the back to avoid ten

This place is professional and very clean environment. They did my braids so fast and the staff is extremely nice
