Paradise Foot Spa - Foot and Body Massages in Jupiter & Palm Beach Gardens, FL

I have been going to Paradise for 4 years. Almost Always had a good massage. I think management has changed. It was a bunch of women this time. Terrible massage. It seemed like the girl had no idea what she was doing. Rubbing my spine instead of my back and muscles for example. She was clumsy. And then she quit 10 minutes early. I had to wait for someone to check me out at the desk(because she quit 10 minutes early.) I am paying. I tip in cash. Bad massage girl shows up with her hand out. I tipped 10% because massage was bad and She quit 10 minutes early. She stares me down and sticks her hand out for more money. The cashier says “is that all of her tip?” I am done with this place. Bad massage and then shakedown. Nope.

Fantastic experience! I got a same-day appointment for the 60-minute combo massage, and it was great. The business is clean, professional, and friendly, and the private room was calm and comfortable. They asked me if I wanted regular or deep pressure massage. It was exactly what I needed.

I almost don’t want to write a review because Paradise Foot Spa is a hidden gem and if I really shared how I feel about it, it would go viral, and I would never be able to get an appointment! I love this place so much, and the people have made me feel so loved and cared for. The foot massage is probably my very favorite and when I bring a guest from out of town their response is “oh my gosh it’s like Nirvana!” Thank you to each staff member for making Paradise Foot Spa my favorite place to frequent in all of Jupiter.

Disappointing experience today. Have been here multiple times and today was the final straw. Made an appt for 2 for 60 min foot massage which felt more like a pat down than an actual massage. My masseuse left for a while to do who knows what, door was left open so heard man snoring in room next to me. Paid for one massage with a gift certificate that included the tip. While I was paying for second massage transaction with cash, younger male masseuse came out and in front of me, asked how much I tipped to man working at the counter. I tipped 20% but masseuse did not realize that first massage was already paid and tipped, and again rudely said “$11 for two people?!” All in front of the customer. Told him to calm down. I've gone multiple times, and have not been disappointed. Peaceful, clean atmosphere. Very professional, and amazing massages.
