This store has many options from full wigs, partials, extensions, supplies, hair care products, etc. I work in the theatre as a costumer and regularly go here for hair piece/wig related items for our performers. The staff is always very helpful. I definitely would recommend them any day. There is a diner next door or the very delicious Caribbean food restaurant nearby that also make for an added meal stop while you're in the area.

I feel like a two star is being incredibly generous. I'm not from around here and this was the only hair store within decent driving distance from me. For the selection they have, I feel like their wigs are overpriced, and the store associate at the cash register did not have the best customer service. Amazon is a better option.

There is a young girl who works in this store mostly on weekends. She must be from West Africa. She has the best customer care service skills, is very helpful, and has knowledge about the products. I like to visit the store on weekends just so that I can meet her and converse with her about what I need. She is beautiful, humble, and patient with customers.

Honestly the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I was spending lots of money on their products and they did not want me to even touch anything. I drove over an hour to get there because i had no option and needed hair real quick but i would never recommend anyone to go here. I bought a bunch of things with no idea on the pricing and the ladies upfront were absolutely rude. The only person who was helpful was a young cashier.you are better off ordering your stuff online because you have to pay triple the price at this place with horrible customer service.

Decent selection, price is a bit inflated. Not particularly friendly. I understand not everyone is smiley and chatty but at the very least you could say thank you for the purchase and have a good night. I like to know my business is appreciated.
