I had an incredible experience at Paradise Massage and Facials! I went in for a bikini waxing and a sports massage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff is super professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Worst Massage Experience Ever! I had high hopes when I booked a 90-minute massage here, but it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The owner, who also did my massage, is clearly an amateur at best. The massage was sloppy, unprofessional, and completely ineffective. I originally booked 90 minutes but had to cancel during the session because I couldn’t handle it anymore—I stopped after just 45 minutes. The room was unbearably hot with no A/C, no bathroom available, and the blanket used on the massage table was furry and looked like it hadn’t been washed in ages—totally unsanitary! And if that wasn’t bad enough, the owner didn’t even silence his phone. An incoming call interrupted the session, which was incredibly unprofessional and made an already terrible experience even worse

While the receptionist was kind, accommodating, and confirmed a facial appointment at the advertised price of $110, the experience quickly fell short upon arrival. The door was locked, and the individual providing the service was next door running a vintage shop — highlighting a clear lack of communication between staff members and the person handling bookings. The facial itself raised several concerns. The service provider did not appear to be a licensed esthetician, nor did they demonstrate basic skincare knowledge or hygiene practices.
