I had an absolutely fantastic massage at Paradise Spa while visiting Waikiki. From the moment I walked in, the experience was relaxing, professional, and welcoming. The massage itself was excellent — perfect pressure, very attentive to areas of tension, and exactly what I needed after traveling. I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. What really made the experience stand out was the warm hospitality at the front reception. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares that every guest has a great experience. The one star has nothing to do with the masseuses. They were awesome. We were waiting outside 5 minutes past our appointment time and no one was there so then we proceeded to call and the lady said she was running late. When she got there she then proceeded to say they didn’t have our appointment or anyone there to do our massage (we had a confirmation number from booking). She said she would discount our massage. We had to leave and then come back. THE BEST PART-after our massage they didn’t discount anything and instead used the remainder of our $400 gift card to only tip the two masseuse $21 each. The massage itself is $160 so you’re going to tip your own employees 13%, yet charge us for $20 eye masks and massage instead of discount something and give your employees the difference. I tu

I had a great experience at Paradise Massages in Waikiki. It’s conveniently located right in the center of Waikiki close to all the major hotels. It was a bit tricky to find at first but the front desk was very helpful and guided me there with no problem at all. I went in for a deep tissue massage with hot stone therapy because of tight shoulders and work stress and it was excellent. The spa was very clean and comfortable, the staff was professional and friendly, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. My therapist Chinatsu did an excellent job. She listened to what I needed, worked out the knots with good pressure, and the hot stones felt nice too. This was easily one of the top 3 best massages I’ve had in my life. So lucky they could fit me for a massage on a weekend! I think my therapists name was Maria and she had very strong technique (which I needed). She also checked several times to see how I was doing. The receptionist took time to explain how to find their suite which is conveniently located close to hotels in Waikiki -- but they don't charge as much as hotel spas for their services.

I came here as a last minute same day appointment. They were so nice and pleasant. My sister got a massage and I got a much needed facial. My estacian was amazing and did a great job, she always told me what she was doing as she was doing it. She was very thorough and there was a great neck/shoulder massage built in. I would highly recommend and I would def plan to come back.
