Paradise Nails

Great nail salon! They all take extra care and make your nails look fabulous. I took my Mom last month and came back and brought a friend this month. Looking forward to my next appointment in a couple of weeks. Going to get a pedicure and manicure next time. Clean salon. Helpful with color choices. They recommend best choices for your nails.

Stephanie does a truly impeccable job with my acrylics and gel polish. I even have extremely curved nails, and she takes extra care to ensure the thickness of both the acrylic and color is uniform over my whole nail. I've been going for a full year and never had such consistently superb nail quality and service.

Horrible experience! The technician could not remove my gel polish from the last time I got my nails done at a different location and was trying to buff it off with the nail buffer (used for acrylic nails) and burning off my actual nail. It was so PAINFUL. After that was over (with a lot of remaining gel polish on my nails) she attempted to do a manicure but barley cleaned up my nails, filed or removed any cuticles. Then the paint job was terrible! Gaps and uneven painting and bumpy nails were the results, I just could not wait for the experience to be over. They also charged me $3 extra for 3 different nail polish colors, you’d think with the bad experience, they’d cut me some slack. I thought maybe the only saving grace would be that the gel manicure would last but the pictures are less

It’s illegal in Missouri to let gift cards expire and they refused to honor one.

I really like this place when you can actually get in. There's a gentleman there that is very good at what he does and is great to talk to. They are very clean and decently priced. However, I haven't been able to get my last few pedicures there because there hasn't been an appointment available. I think there is a staffing issue because when I do get in for an appointment, there are only 2-3 staff members to do services.
