False advertising don’t book here! The staff was very kind, so this isn’t directed at them personally. However, what they advertise online is not what you actually get. I looked through their reviews and saw beautiful nails, which made me excited to book but my experience didn’t match the positive feedback at all. I requested a simple almond French tip, but the result was lopsided, patchy, and wide. Even after giving my nail artist multiple corrections, I still left completely unsatisfied with the outcome. ‼️ Update: I called back the next day asking for compensation. The man argued with me, saying I left happy. I told him I thought I was at first, but up close the nails were awful. His “solution” was to cut them off for a refund. I love Paradise Nails & Spa. The negative review with photos is definitely NOT the work of Lee or anyone in the salon. Obvious fake from a jealous competitor! I support this salon 1000 percent. My nails are beautiful and I get so many compliments! Love this place!!!!!

I hope everyone will have the same satisfying experiences as me when coming here to get my nails done. The staff and shop owner are always warm and friendly to each customer. The space is luxurious and very comfortable

The nail form is very sturdy and beautiful. The nail care products used by nail salons are very high quality and reputable. Many diverse nail care services for me to easily choose from.
