It's easy to get caught up in negative reviews and let them sway our decisions, but it's important to remember that everyone has a different experience. Just because some people may have had a negative experience at this place, doesn't mean that everyone will. In fact, I found that my experience was completely opposite of what the negative reviews had described. I am grateful that I took a chance and didn't let the negative opinions of others prevent me from experiencing the amazing services offered at this place.

I’ve always gone here for every manicure I’ve ever gotten. I don’t get them done super often, but often enough to know the quality has unfortunately gone down hill. I asked for a full set XL Coffin gel manicure and obliviously had no issue paying the price as they were long and take extra time and product. But my nails only lasted TWO weeks and they just started falling off... The man that did them acted like he hated his life as well. Not as friendly as they usually are. Unfortunately you’ve lost a long time customer. I hope quality improves for future customers.

I was with my daughter getting spa pedicures, and we were talking and using our phones. The next thing I know, the pedicurist had the paint on my nails. I thought it was extremely fast, but when I got home and looked closely, he had actually painted over the old polish on my nails.
