All these people leaving one star reviews on a business page because they didn’t check out the store they were going to before they went, it’s not the fault of the business. There’s plenty of non-professional beauty supplies all over the city. You can leave negative reviews, but not check out reviews before you go somewhere? That being said, this store is great for licensed professionals. They carry items that you can’t necessarily find at Cosmoprof or SalonCentric. They are professional and knowledgeable and helpful.

As much as I want to like this store as I had good experience before, the old lady who works here kicked me out at 11:45am on a Saturday. Their time clearly states that they are closing at 12 so when I mentioned that, she told me that they are leaving at 12 and not closing at that time. To the management, please kindly change your closing time to 11:45am instead so your customers won’t get confused and get treated with disrespect. On the other hand, the guy who works here is very nice. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there when this happened.

I have been a customer here for the last year. I spend anywhere from $500-$1000 a month on products each month and they still have difficulty finding my account or knowing who I am when I try to purchase things. There is an older woman here that is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Any time I call to see if they have something in stock she says she can’t talk because she’s busy eating lunch or she “can’t talk at the moment.” She also frequently asks me to call back later to put in my orders and when I call back she won’t answer. Tonight my assistant went to get an order of supplies I needed for a wedding- (well before closing) and the same woman locked the doors on him in front of his face. Lovely place for beauty professionals to shop! The staff is super helpful as well. You can finds deals and discounts almost every week and they would also give small travel sized gifts sometimes.

This place is the worst for customer service, the cashier (roxane) is not only rude but I truly thinks she hates her job. There is literally zero customer service skills. This store is the closest to my salon and this is the only reason why I patron here, rest assure that I will be looking for another store to source the only thing I get from here.
