Absolutely phenomenal service from the minute I walked through the doors. I came in from a poor experience the day prior at a completely different salon and one of my nails broken off now 3 days before my wedding. Pia took great care of me and Jessie did exactly what I wanted as for the design. Walked out with a fresh, even set of nails and perfect detail work. Couldn’t have asked for better. I’ve been going to this amazing team since 2023 when they were La Or located underground in Crystal City, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Danny, Pia, and their entire team are the absolute best – always so professional, welcoming, and attentive. I go regularly for dip manicures and gel pedicures, and they always do such high-quality work at a great value. One of the things I love most is that I rarely ever have to wait long to be seen, and they’re always happy to help me find the perfect color or try something new. I recently visited this salon and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the space is. The environment is neat, organized, and welcoming—definitely a relaxing place to get your nails done. One thing I really appreciated was their wide and attractive selection of nail polish colors. Whether you're looking for something bold, neutral, or seasonal, you're likely to find a shade that suits your style. The staff members are kind, professional, and skilled at what they do. My manicure and pedicure were done efficiently and turned out great! That said, I did notice they tend to suggest additional services during your appointment, which may feel a bit pushy to some. Don’t sleep on Paramount! I came here because it’s right across the street from my office building, I had a TERRIBLE experience at a previous salon and saw this place had great reviews. I got a SNS manicure and regular pedicure with Tina. She was extremely friendly and meticulous (both qualities an adore in a nail tech). Tina saved me. I just moved to the DMV and Tina is my new “person”. Thank you Tina!!!

I just moved to the area and have been here a few times now. The price seems to change each time, and today (I'm just realizing) my french is noticably uneven... And I not only paid more than the last time(fill in) and more than a full set for a fill in, but I was cut. I'm upset nothing was done about it other than a sorry, and my nails are uneven but I'm forced to pay full price walking out unhappy.
