Absolutely outstanding service! From the moment I walked into Pardon My French Nail Salon, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and truly taken care of. The salon is beautifully maintained, professional, and has such a positive atmosphere — a perfect place to unwind. My nail technician, Ms. Katie Tran, is simply phenomenal. Her attention to detail, precision, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. She takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect, and her craftsmanship speaks for itself. I had an amazing experience here. I came as a walk-in on a weekday afternoon, without any research because I was at CVS next door and they accommodated me immediately. Theresa was able to correct a bad gel fill I had by giving me a flawless set of Gel-X nails and Marie was able to suggest a number of colors for my pedicure that complimented my skin tone, as well as a pedicure package that fit what I needed for callous removal. They were both wonderful and everything turned out great. Will definitely be returning!

Best nails I’ve ever gotten, i won’t go anywhere else. I just so badly wish they used dust collectors, I leave every time covered in dust have to change and shower. Prices are up there but you get what you pay for and I’ve paid the same elsewhere for half the quality.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is my second time here and both times they were more than 30 minutes late to my appointment. Had they at least called to warn me they were running late then I could have determined if I still had time. Also the colors didn't come out anything like the samples and my nails hurt like actually burn. And it's low quality like the polish is all over my fingers. I had to go back the next day just to have it taken off so there’s a waste of $120. Plus they try to upsell every few minutes and their prices are high. Overall not a good experience other than the place being really pretty.

2 stars because I truly do like the people here. But I would otherwise steer clear - my nails got absolutely destroyed here. The quality of hard gel they use is very cheap and my nails cracked and crumbled like I’ve never seen before. I’m sad to leave this review after the relationship I developed with them but I had to completely remove my hard gel at another salon just to see the damage that was done and now I have no chance of having pretty Christmas nails.
